Terms of use
Last updated 08-10-2026
This is a summary of how Vezto works, not legal advice.
These terms describe how Vezto works at vezto.app, for customers and for people who run a business on the product. They are written in plain language.
Who operates vezto.app
Vezto (vezto.app) is operated by Phoka Labs. Contact: [email protected].
To create an account you accept these terms and confirm you have read the Privacy notice. Businesses also accept the business data processing terms below when they register.
Where Vezto is available
Vezto is not offered in the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC): Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. You may not use vezto.app, create an account, run a business page, or take or make bookings from or in those countries.
We block access from internet addresses that we identify as being in those countries. Do not use a VPN, proxy or other means to get around this. Businesses located in, or serving customers in, those countries may not use Vezto.
If we find that an account or business page is used from or for those countries, we may suspend or close it. This page and the privacy notice stay readable from everywhere.
The platform and the business you book
Vezto is a B2B2C platform: it hosts booking pages, accounts, and tools. Businesses (a salon, clinic, or other appointment-based business — we say “business” except for the fitness-studio category) use Vezto to publish times and take bookings.
When you book, your booking relationship is with that business. They set what they offer, prices, who on their team sees your file, and the cancellation or reschedule rules that apply to that booking. Vezto is not a registered marketplace company standing in as the seller. The business owns the customer relationship for the booking.
If you run a business on Vezto, you are responsible for your page, your team, your customer records, and the services you sell.
Data processing terms for businesses
This section applies when you run a business on Vezto. It forms the data processing agreement required by Article 28 of the GDPR between you (the controller of your customer and booking data) and Phoka Labs (the processor).
Vezto processes your customer and booking data only to provide the platform to you and on your documented instructions (how you configure and use Vezto), for as long as your business uses Vezto. The data concerned is your customers’ and team’s identification and contact details, bookings, payments and passes, messages, and photos you upload.
We keep the data confidential, require everyone who processes it to do the same, apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, help you answer data-subject requests and meet your security, breach-notification and impact-assessment obligations, and tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach affecting your data.
You authorise the sub-processors listed in the Privacy notice (hosting, email, payments, maps, calendar, AI assistant, push notifications). We tell you about changes in advance through Vezto, and you may object. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
When your business stops using Vezto we delete or return your customer data, unless the law requires us to keep it, and we make available the information needed to show compliance with these obligations.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the customer data you add (for example walk-in customers or imported contacts) and for telling your customers about it. Do not add health or other special-category information to Vezto. Separately from this agreement, Vezto may use the activity of customers who personally opted in to market insights, as described in the Privacy notice, and may show you anonymised, aggregated insights.
Accounts and sign-in
You can create an account with email. We send a one-time code by email, then you set a password. Sign-in may also be offered through Google, Microsoft, or Facebook when those options are shown. We do not send free SMS login codes.
You must be 16 or older to have an account, and we ask for your birthdate when you create one. Younger people can be booked for by a parent or guardian from the adult’s own account.
Some older accounts were created with a phone or WhatsApp stand-in. Those accounts may still work. Businesses can also show a WhatsApp contact link so customers message them directly — that conversation is with the business, not with Vezto.
Keep your login safe. You may close a session from the product. If you need an account removed, ask through vezto.app (and ask the businesses you booked with if they still hold your booking file).
Plans, Pioneer invites, and unlisted pages
Pioneer is a free plan: you request a code, then register with it. Freemium is self-serve without a code. Freemium pages stay out of the public directory on vezto.app until a platform operator reviews and lists them. People who have the page link can still open it and book.
A business can be unlisted: it does not appear in the public directory, but it is not hidden from that business’s own customers or team. Paid plans can appear in the directory under the product’s listing rules.
Bookings, cancellations, and the business’s rules
A booking is a request the business accepts through Vezto. Class sessions, 1:1 appointments, waitlists, credit packs, and confirmation steps work as shown in the product at the time you book.
Cancellation, late cancellation, reschedule, no-show, and refund rules are the business’s rules (and any windows the product enforces for that offering). Read what is shown when you book. A late cancel may not return a credit or a payment.
The business may ask you to confirm a booking later, collect an advance, or take the rest on site. Those conditions belong to that booking with that business.
Payments
Customers may pay by card (Stripe), MB Way (when the price is in euro), PayPal, or on site, depending on what that business enabled. Paying on site means you pay the business when you attend.
A business can connect its own Stripe or PayPal account. If it has not, checkout may use processors configured on the platform. In every case the charge is for that booking or pack with that business — not a sale by a named marketplace company.
Card, MB Way, and PayPal are handled by those payment providers under their own terms. Vezto does not store full card numbers on the booking pages.
Using the product fairly
Use Vezto only for real bookings and running a genuine business. Do not probe, overload, or misuse the service; do not impersonate others; and do not use it to collect data you have no right to hold.
The operator may suspend an account or a business page that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. The product is provided as it is. We aim to keep vezto.app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The date at the top is the latest version. When a change matters for you, we tell you and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in; if you don't accept, you can stop using Vezto and close your account.
